Spicy Tuna Bites (with Canned Tuna!)

These Spicy Tuna Bites are about to become your go-to snack or healthy appetizer! The creamy, spicy tuna mixture is made from canned tuna for an easy and affordable option. It's served on top of a crispy sesame rice cracker along with some avocado for the perfect high-protein bite that's ready in just a few minutes!

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add all spicy tuna ingredients and stir until combined.
    2 cans Wild Planet albacore tuna, ¼ cup mayonnaise, 3-4 tbsp chopped green onion, 2 tbsp sriracha, 2 tsp tamari, 2 tsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • Place a few small pieces of avocado onto each rice cracker. Then, top with a small spoonful (about 1 tbsp) of the spicy tuna mixture.

  • Garnish each bite with a drizzle of sriracha, green onion & sesame seeds. Enjoy!
