This Healthy Mug Brownie is the easiest chocolate dessert recipe that comes together in under 2 minutes in the microwave. It's made with simple, healthy ingredients but is decadent and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp refined coconut oil, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (sub unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • dairy-free chocolate chips
  • fresh raspberries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except chocolate chips and raspberries to a mug and stir until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and raspberries gently.
  • Microwave for 1 minute - 1 minute & 15 seconds. Time may differ depending on your microwave and size of mug.
  • Top with more chocolate chips & raspberries if desired!
