Add a few inches of water to a pot or pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Make an ice water bath by combining water and ice in a bowl.
Once water is boiling, gently add eggs to the pan. Cover and let cook for 6 minutes. Remove pan from heat immediately!
Transfer eggs to the ice water bath and let sit until cool enough to touch.
If you're eating right away, peel and enjoy. If you're meal-prepping them, place in an airtight container and peel once you're ready to eat.
