Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a medium bowl. If it's too thick, use your hands to combine and/or add more milk.
  • Fold in desired amount of chocolate chips (the more the merrier).
  • Use a cookie scoop to form the dough into 1.5 tbsp balls.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
