These PB&J Homemade Perfect Bars are a dairy-free version of your favorite store-bought protein bars. No-bake, made with only a handful of whole food ingredients and one bowl.

Ingredients
1cupsmooth natural salted peanut butter
2tbsphoney(or maple syrup)
4scoopsunflavored collagen peptides
½tspvanilla extract
1tbspcoconut flour
¼cupfreeze dried raspberries(or strawberries)
Instructions
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, add all ingredients excepted the dried raspberries and mix until combined. You may have to use your hands because the dough will be thick.
Fold in the dried raspberries.
Press mixture into prepared loaf pan, using your hands or a spatula. Add extra dried raspberries and flaky sea salt on top if desired.
Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting. Cut into desired size pieces, I did about 7 long bars.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
