If you need some grocery list inspiration, you’ve come to the right place!

First, let’s chat about about how I create my grocery list. I start by writing down (in the notes of my phone or on paper) 5-6 dinners that I want to make, leaving a few days open for going out to eat/ordering takeout. Then, beneath each dinner I write the ingredients that I will need to buy to make it. After that, I compile all the ingredients into one big list. At this point, I add in my staple products that I buy nearly every week. One helpful trick is to arrange your list by section of the grocery store. For example, put all your produce first, then all your meats, then your pantry items. It will help you get in and out of the store quicker and make sure that you don’t forget anything.

Pantry Staples

I always have these items on hand. Most of them will last me for a while, so I don’t restock weekly.

Condiments, Spreads, Sauces, Oils
